- Terms of Service: Renders, passes, orders, listing photographs, the Likeness Check, and what you may upload.
- Privacy Policy: Your photograph, your render, who processes them, and how long each is kept.
- Refunds and Returns: The hour to cancel, made-to-order goods, and a damaged print.
- Cookie Policy: Every cookie by name, and which ones wait for your consent.
- Your Privacy Choices: Do not sell or share, and Global Privacy Control.
What changed, and when
- : Painted House opens on the family policies. Privacy names Anthropic as the processor that counts the house for the Likeness Check, and says the photograph is now kept at proof size beside its render. Terms add listing photographs, the gift note, the free repaint, buildings only, and the Likeness Check, which helps the eye and warrants nothing.
- : Added a Refunds and Returns page and this changelog. Privacy now describes the email sign-in, names Resend, TikTok and Reddit, and gives the retention the code keeps. Terms add no celebrities or public figures as subjects and link the refunds page.
- : PaintedApp, LLC named as operator; support@painted.app as the one contact; the pass pack added to Terms.
- : Cookie Policy published.
